The Shipper of goods will pay DigiTruck the quoted amount at completion of the trip and DigiTruck will pay the Vehicle Owner his/her/its due share. The Shipper and Owner are not allowed to pay each other the quoted amount either partially or fully for any reason whatsoever.

The Carrier will be responsible for paying all the tolls and charges and DigiTruck will assume that the Vehicle Owner has demanded his/her/it’s fair considering all those extra charges.
